Welcome once again to the
Back Pain Adviser E-zine.
Our goals are to give you the most valuable and expert advice on back pain, sciatica and neck pain issues.
However, we are still in the business of selling ebooks. Our ebook the X-Pain Method teaches you many simple and quick ways to remove and prevent your back pain.
This ezine is both a vehicle to teach you the techniques from the book and also to promote it. It is quicker to buy the ebook as the techniques you will learn will come over the coming months or the months prior to your subscription start date.
To that end, it would pay to browse through the past issues to make sure you get all the information you need to help remove your back pain.
Please Remember: this e-zine is designed to be brief and informative. No doubt you are like me and do not want to spend hours sifting through irrelevant details. So the Back Pain Adviser is kept brief, with information and tips you can apply now. So on to the issue…

Tip of the Month - Salt
As people have become more aware of their health, salt has been removed from a lot of diets. After all it is bad for your heart…
However, you need salt, just not excesses of it. For every quart (approx 1 liter) of water you drink (and you should be drinking about 2 liters of water each day) you need ¼ teaspoon of salt.
If you salt intake is less then you can suffer from muscle pains, cramps and joint aches. Try increasing your salt and water intake and find out if this helps with your aches and pains. You should notice changes within a week of altering your salt and water levels.
Things You Need to Know
How can you eliminate your back pain, neck pain and sciatica? What techniques are good and which aren't? This section is here to teach you the many ways you can help your self to a pain free life.
Neuro-Lymphatic Reflexes are seldom used when dealing with back or neck pain. The reason is simple enough…
Most people including practitioners don’t know about them and hence don’t use them. Yet they are the simplest and quickest ways to restore the nerve supply to muscles. If a muscle tires it tightens. The majority of back pain is caused by tight muscles. Failing to correct their nerve supply means a failure to have permanent correction to your back pain issues.
If muscles are weakened, the same applies. If the nerve supply to a muscle decreases the muscle can either tighten as it tires or lose strength. What determines whether the muscle tightens or weakens is the last stress placed on the muscle. Then unless you improve the nerve supply the muscle will become chronic in its’ actions.
This is one of the most common reasons for chronic or ongoing back pain issues.
The best news is the Neuro-Lymphatic reflexes are easy to stimulate. You simply need to rub with firm pressure in a circular motion to stimulate the reflex. Rubbing for 20-40 seconds is enough to stimulate the reflex and then you reapply this stimulation each day for a few days. The muscle will return in strength as long as the joints in the area are functioning also.
The X-Pain Method teaches you how to correct joints, stimulate these reflexes and stretch effectively to permanently remove and prevent your back pain.
Neuro-Lymphatics Reflexes are found on the front and back of your body. The most common ones that create lower back pain are around your navel (and either side of your spine on your back at the same level), on the outside of your thigh and the inside of your thigh. One of the most important general Lymphatic reflexes is found in the depression where your shoulder meets your chest.
You can simply locate the reflexes by rubbing around the areas. If a reflex is particularly run down it will be tender. However, rubbing in these areas will help to stimulate these muscles quickly and easily.
So try rubbing just out and up from your navel (approx 1-2 inches), your back at this level and especially the inside of your thigh (this is for the lower abdominal muscles- a common cause of low back pain). Rub in a circular motion for 20-40 seconds to stimulate these reflexes.
