Can you actually believe it is a new year already? Where did 2007 go? Have you thought of any New Year resolutions or are you hoping that life will be better?

Why don’t you make a resolution - this year will be a year without back pain! A simple achievable goal, which is why you subscribed to this ezine surely.

What better way to start 2008 than by giving you a simple tip to ease your back pain…

Tip of the Month:

Water – Your body is made up of water; in fact the majority of your body is water. Your muscles need it, so do your discs in your spine and even joints need it to stay lubricated.

So how much do you drink?

You should be drinking 4-6 glasses of water a day to maintain good structural health.

If you have back pain, especially if you have disc issues, you should double this quantity. One of the best inventions is a “pump” bottle. You can refill it and sip water often during the day. Because although you need 4-6 glasses a day. It is better to sip water than drink a full glass of water in one burst.

So get drinking and re-hydrate your muscles, joints and spinal discs. A simple way to help ease your back pain.

Things You Need to Know:

How can you eliminate your back pain, neck pain and sciatica? What techniques are good and which aren't? This section is here to teach you the many ways you can help your self to a pain free life.

Mudra

In today’s world life is very medically oriented. This is not a bad thing, but it does mean that a lot of back pain problems are either medicated or surgically treated, when they could easily be fixed using natural methods.

Don’t get me wrong, if you have pain take pain relief. But while you take pain relief … fix the problem!

And that is where Mudra can help. Mudra are an ancient form of Acupressure. The best thing about mudra is they are techniques you apply with your hands. This makes them very versatile.

You can do them while you walk, drive your car, sit in a meeting or watching TV. You can not over do them, dot he wrong ones and there are no side effects. They help your body heal faster by directing energy to where it is needed.

I know a lot of you are skeptical about natural or eastern techniques. But these have been around for thousands of years and are used extensively throughout the world. And they work…

This is not a scam, a con job or anything bogus. Otherwise it is the biggest con ever, as they have fooled a lot of people for many years, but it is not a con. They actually do work!

Some of my best testimonials come from these techniques. Clients can’t believe how simple they are to do and how amazingly effective they are.

There are 470 Mudra; there are 5 that cover your whole body and 2 that can eliminate your back pain for ever. Powerful tools that are contained within your hands.

And this is why I teach these as part of the X-Pain Method. I only give you what works and works exceptionally well. I teach you al the ways to get rid of your back pain, not just now, but for ever.

You don’t need to suffer back pain any longer; all you need to do is learn simple ways to help your self to a back pain free life.

Another question that was sent to me recently, which I think is very impotant…

Q: Hey. Thanks for replying in sufficient time from the last email. My next question is my chiropractor and me were talking about my adjustments not really holding in place. He mentioned that my right leg is shorter than my left about 1/2 inch. He mentioned orthortics as a type of lift. As for now I don’t have any benefits to get thoroughly tested. So he mentioned just something to lift the right side to take the pressure off and balance both sides. do you recommend anything or is just getting one of those sponge soles to cut and fit your right shoe ok.

-Benson

Answer: Hello Benson

Unless you have broken your leg and had it reset at a different height, you have been born and developed to have a short leg if you have one. It won’t be causing you problems. Putting in a lift may temporarily correct a few aches and pains, but others will develop soon after.

Leg length changes when your pelvis twists, it is called an “apparent leg difference” not and anatomical one. This ½ inch will disappear as your back problem disappears. If your adjustments are not holding (nothing against your Chiropractor), it is because either there are other structural issues he isn’t addressing or your general health is not 100%.

If you are also fatigued, it may be your Adrenal glands that are not at 100% and these relate to structural support. They get run down after long periods of stress – not just emotional, but physical and general stresses as well.

Also if your iron levels are lower than they should be then also adjustments may not “hold”. So if your general health is not too good, I would look to address this also if you want to remain pain free.

But please avoid the shoe lifts, I have been in practice almost 20 years and have lost count the times I have seen patients with these from other practitioners. They get temporary relief and find in months or years to come, they suddenly have major back issues, which disappear once the shoe lift is removed.

To correct any back pain issue you need to look at all the problems, not just one area. Back pain relates to your structural health, general health and emotional health. All need addressing – it is simple and easy to do with The X-Pain Method.
