Back to Back Issues Page
and the blog has started!!
June 19, 2008

Welcome once again to the
Back Pain Adviser E-zine.

This is just a brief email to let you know I have started a blog. For those of you unsure of what a blog is – basically a journal of sorts where I can write articles, answer questions, give tips and hints - all on a regular basis. Basically I have set it up so you can ask me questions on back pain, yes any back pain issue and I will answer those questions. This way you get more up to date information on a regular basis.

The ezine will continue each month, but the blog will cover as many topics as you ask. I will endeavor to answer them as rapidly as possible and if you click on the RSS feed on the page then you can be alerted as to when there is more information available.

I will add in techniques etc and there is a simple archive list so you can see what is available at your leisure.

You need to log in to access the ability to leave questions, comments or your experiences. It is a simple and painless process.

All you need to do is click on the comment or “no comment” tag after an article/post or “leave comment” or “you need to login” tag at the end of a page. You are then taken to a page that asks for your name (you can choose any name you wish if you want to be anonymous) your email (so they can email you so you can activate your access – free, no advertising and definitely no spam) and then choose either to have an account (if you want to start your own blog) or choose “just user name please” so you can leave comments or questions only.

Then reply to the email they send almost instantly and then go to the blog again and fill in comments, questions etc.

If you want to be kept informed with new posts (entries) or comments from others (comments) then on the right hand side of the home page there is a title called “Subscribe” if you click “entries RSS” you will be notified through your internet browser through your bookmarks or however you choose of all posts and pages added to the blog.

If you click on “comments RSS” you can be informed of any new comments posted.

It is as simple as that. So now it is up to you to ask me questions, asks for tips or hints or let me know what you would like me to discuss … the floor is open … as they say.

So welcome to the world of blogging.
