Cure Back Pain"What Steps Must You Follow To Have A Long-Term Cure?"Would you like to cure back pain? To end your pain and be able to do all the activities you miss so much. Is it actually possible? Read on to find out the ESSENTIAL steps to follow and what you must DO to rid yourself of back pain once and for all. By now you would have heard the statistics - 80% of adults suffer with back pain at some stage, that only 25% become pain free within a year, and that almost 90% of sufferers end up with chronic back pain. It is all very frightening and yet still to cure back pain only takes a few simple steps you can perform at home. Removing back pain is not rocket science, but it is scientific - so you must complete all steps to have long lasting relief. The FOUR Steps to Cure Back PainThere are only 4 proven steps to remove back pain long term. Simple steps to follow, however miss one and pain will return. This is the main reason why the back pain statistics are so poor - too many people try to short cut the process and end up in more pain than they started. These steps must also be used in the correct order, otherwise pain will be slower to ease and the causes will remain for longer. So what are the four steps to cure back pain... Step One:
The causes are not how you lifted, bent over or twisted. These are the final activities that set off your pain; they do not cause your pain. The causes are the various muscular and joint imbalances that twist and distort your spine. These imbalances create four types of distortion pattern. You need to know which type you have to "unravel" your spine and ease tension. There are three simple tests you can perform to identify these patterns immediately, which then allows you to move to step number two... Step Two: Symptom relief - you will hear all the time that removing symptoms is bad and that you must deal with the causes - NOT the symptoms. Yet in all the years I've been in practice, I have never found anyone that wants to remain in pain. Symptom relief is essential for two reasons. Firstly the less pain you have the better, I'm sure you'll agree. Secondly your body heals the underlying factors quicker and better if pain is not present. The underlying causes are your primary goal to make sure pain never returns, but you still need to be pain free as fast as possible too. Then once your pain eases, you can deal with the underling causes. Step Three:
You have both weak and tight muscles. To balance the muscles you must relax the tight muscles and stimulate the weak muscles. Stimulating the weak muscles is also not just lifting weights or doing exercises. The muscles that are weak need their nerve and blood supply improved. If not no matter which exercise you do, the muscle will not gain the strength it needs to support your spine. Muscles will also fail to balance unless you apply step four also. Step Four: Joint balancing - the distortion patterns that occur are centered around your pelvis. Whether you have lower or upper back pain, these patterns still occur. Balancing joints is a process of training the pelvis and spine to realign. This is simple to achieve by spending a few minutes encouraging the pelvis and spine to straighten. Once in alignment the muscles balance quicker as they gain strength and flexibility. Combined these four steps will cure back pain ONLY if you use and follow the steps correctly. The First Vital Step To Cure Back PainThe only way to cure back pain is to take that FIRST step. Unless you find the exact cause of your pain you are left only dealing with symptoms. Too many people rely on generic stretches or exercise hoping to ease back pain. If you want to cure back pain and have long lasting back pain relief you must remove all the causes, follow a simple step-by-step approach to train your body to become pain free. The first step is vital! The first thing you should do is request a copy of our Free Relief Guide teaching you how to find these distortion patterns, so you can take action and cure back pain now.
