Welcome to the "Headache Code" Video files. In this web page you will find all the video instructions that are part of the Headache Code.

Watch these videos as often as you need so you understand the techniques and how to apply them. Read and re-read the Headache Code and also feel free to email me with any questions or queries in regards to any technique.

There are 6 videos on this page, each demonstrates various key elements of the Headache Code and the physical causes of your headaches. The videos are:


The "Assessment" Video

This video explains how to find the distortion patterns occurring in your pelvis and the muscular imbalances.

The two assessments in the manual are still the easiest way to find these patterns, this video goes into more details and then please email me with the results so I can diagnose the imbalances for you.

The "How To" Video

This video explains how to use the techniques - the pressure you need to adjust joints, how to stimulate the various neuro-lymphatic and neuro-vascular points and essentially the Acupressure techniques.

The next video is on stretching. P.N.F stretches are very effective at reducing muscular tension very quickly. Use these to target the main muscles causing your pain will ease quickly.

Once you know how to stretch effectively you then need to know how to strengthen muscles. Why?

If muscles tire they tighten. Muscles will go into spasm and cramp when you become tired. Muscles that support the back will do the same. You need to strengthen the nerve and blood supply to the muscles rather than going to the gym. This video demonstrates how to....

This next video covers neck pain. The techniques for your lower back can be used for the entire spine. This video demonstrates how to apply these to your neck.

Now that your joints and muscles work better, you need to reinforce this and target the main area that allows back pain to exist ... and return.

Your pelvis is like a foundation to a house. Balance this area and soon your spine will be on stable ground. Fail to balance the pelvis and back pain will return - possibly soon.
